Kimberly Marrero serves on the grants committee of the Barker Welfare Charitable Foundation. Her focus as a committee member primarily emphasizes the support of various museums and learning institutions that provide arts & educational programs for adults and youth throughout the five boroughs of New York City. Ms. Marrero also serves on the education committee at the Solomon R. Guggenheim museum and on the Advisory board for Art Connects New York City.

Art Connects has placed artwork throughout all five boroughs of New York City. Art Connects New York has had the pleasure of working with hundreds of talented artists from all over New York City. Art Connects New York’s mission is to leverage the city’s visual arts resource to create new connections among the city’s varied communities and enrich the lives of New Yorkers.
