Shelley Flanders was born in New York. Her father, a cartoonist who drew The Lone Ranger newspaper strip for over 25 years and her mother Phi Beta Kappa Journalism major from the University of Oklahoma, provided a richly artistic and literary heritage.
She is a painter who expresses the colorful beauty of her soul from visualization to manifestation to achieve the state of creative perfection that only an artist can truly describe.
